Privacy
Static pages, an email address, and a server log. That is the entire surface area.
What gets collected
Nothing you type, since there is nothing here to type into. gluucovive.com runs no account, no basket, no comment box and no newsletter form. One email address is the whole channel, and mail arrives here only because you decided to send it.
Server logs
The host records ordinary access logs: an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, the referring page and a browser string. Every web server keeps them, and they are what makes a fault traceable. They are joined to nothing and sold to no one.
Cookies
This site sets none. No analytics script runs on it and no advertising pixel is embedded in any page.
Fonts
Two typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers. That request falls under Google's privacy terms rather than this page.
Where the files live
On ordinary web hosting. Each page was written once and every visitor receives the identical file. Because nothing is assembled per person, the server has no reason to hold anything about one.
After an order link
An order link hands you to the seller's website. From that moment their policy applies and this one stops. Anything entered at their checkout is held by them, on their terms.
Messages sent to support@gluucovive.com are kept only for as long as they are useful for answering, and are never added to a mailing list.
Age
Adults are the intended readership and children are not addressed anywhere on it. Your age is never requested, for the simple reason that nothing at all is requested.
Access and erasure
Where a privacy law gives a right of access or deletion, there is little waiting at the other end: a line or two in a log, plus an email thread if you have written in. Either can be removed on request.
Changes
A revision carries a new date. Requests about what is held, or to have it cleared, go through the contact page.
